Gene works closely with investors on overall portfolio strategy, acquisitions, flips and new construction development – and has gained a reputation for consistently exceeding investor expectations.

Over his career Ilya has worked at Fortune 100 companies as well as startups and able to bring his wealth of operations and finance experience to every real estate development project. Ilya’s focus is on execution, risk management, and finding optimal solutions for investments.

Ilya graduated from MIT Sloan School of Management with an MBA.
