Rise Capital acquired this two-story single family property in the heart of Jeffries Point at auction. After a year spent going to community meetings and working with architects & attorneys, our condominium plans for a 2-Family conversion were accepted and then approved by the zoning board. Shortly thereafter we were approached by a developer with a bid to take over the project. Upon further negotiation both parties reached a mutually beneficial agreement in June 2018.
