Rise Capital acquired this two-story single family property in the heart of Eagle Hill at auction. After a several long months spent at community meetings and working with architects & attorneys, our building development plans for a 2-Family conversation were accepted and then approved by the zoning board. Shortly thereafter we were approached by an outside investor with a bid to take over the project. After negotiations, Rise Capital was able to successfully flip the property for a sizable profit without any new alterations being done in August 2018.
